Empowering Enterprise Growth with Strategic Leadership

From US Navy to Corporate America

Project management methods may vary, but only with strong teamwork and clear communication do we turn obstacles into momentum. We stand tall, speak up, lift others, and we will Succeed.

Christopher “Chris” Nelson is a Navy veteran project and program manager whose 20‑year career spans military and commercial arenas—from overseeing complex system installations on NATO subs, Naval Ships, to spearheading enterprise‑scale mergers in the insurance industry. As a retired U.S. Navy Sailor, he honed rigorous scheduling, logistics, and cross‑cultural communication skills while coordinating deployments across Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

After leaving the service, Chris led large teams—up to 44 personnel—on complex construction projects at View Inc., overseeing site planning, contractor coordination, and safety compliance. He then managed municipal fleet optimization for the City of Dallas, directed EHS‑driven data‑center builds at BCS Data Center Operations, and integrated Agile‑ITIL practices for AWS infrastructure at Aligned Data Center.

Since 2022, he’s served as Strategic Project & Product Manager at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co., orchestrating a three‑to‑one merger across ten workstreams, negotiating with carriers, consolidating AMS platforms with Vertafore and Worksmart, and embedding AI‑driven rating processes—all while managing multimillion‑dollar budgets and driving 32 percent profit growth.

Off duty, Chris is a devoted husband and father to a young daughter. He and his family share a passion for travel—having explored more than 30 countries together and enjoy discovering new cultures, cuisines, and stories. Whether mentoring emerging PMOs or charting a course through uncharted waters, Chris brings a blend of discipline, empathy, and curiosity to every challenge.

Courage is the willingness to face uncertainty and adversity head on. It drives me to speak up for what I believe, take thoughtful risks, and persevere when challenges arise.

Commitment reflects a steadfast dedication to purpose and people. It inspires me to give my best effort, support those around me, and continuously improve.
